At Reloved Again, we want you to be completely satisfied with your pre-loved fashion finds. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day return window for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the item is in its original condition with all Reloved Again security tags attached, and pack it securely in the original shipping box if possible.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our authentication team inspects the item to verify its condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
